I have an ADSL connection and it is giving me problems due to bad infrastructure maintenance by Telkom. Mweb has been following up and keeping me up to date on progress from the word go and the company is really going the extra mile to fill a service delivery gap by Telkom. I'm very impressed by the call centre agent's knowledge and friendliness.
