I am seeing something that is bothering me regarding my monthly subscription payment.
I am paying R99.01, which is not the agreed to amount according to the contract signed.
The R0.01 difference I see as a problem, it does not make a big difference to my financial future but it is alarming for two reasons.
1) It is not the agreed upon terms. If I do not comply with contractual terms I get penalized whether it is a bad credit score or loss of service etc but there is no penalty for you as a service provider breaking these terms. The fact remains, 1c difference or R100 it is still not the agreement.
2) If this is happening to all your customers (which I am not stating is the case) you are receiving a fair amount of money in the process illegally (again I state that this is not an accusation as much as a concern). If I remember correctly in 2012 you surpassed the 10 mil user mark which will then result in a R100 000 intake on your part. This is a concern as I said but I hope/believe it is not the case.
