I had a data contract with cell c. For the past 5 months this internet was unusable during the day up untill 11pm at night. But none the less cell c kept on taking money every month. I cancelled this contract end august and was told by the cape gate branch that I will not be billed for September and that they are sorry for all the inconvenience. End september Cell C again deducted R299 from my account. In my contract it state that both parties can be held liable if they can not give the service as promised. Cell C has not given ANY service for at least 5 months so technically the are responsible for all that payments. I want the past months R299 refunded or I will go to legalwise again. I contacted the call centre today and spoke to PRIMROSE who I had to tell how to get my account, and then only to be told that I must have paid that installment!! This is pathetic!!!
