I AM A CLIENT OF CELL C FOR A LONG TIME. FOR ALL THE TIME I RECEIVED E MAIL ACCOUNT ALL THE YEARS NO PROBLEM AND SINCE LAST YEAR I DID NOT RESERVED ANY THING THEN I PHONED AND ASKED THEM TO EMAIL ME THE ACCOUNT AGAIN AND NOTHING HAPPENED. THEN THEY CALL TO TELL ME THAT I CAN UPGRADE. IN MAY THIS YEAR WE UPGRADE. THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL MADE AND I RECEIVED A ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN R500-00 THE FIRST MONTH I THOUGHT IT WAS BECAUSE THE UPGRADE FEES SO I LEFT IT THE NEXT MONTH IT IS THE SAME STORY SO I PHONE AGAIN AND ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT TO SEE FOR WHAT DO I PAY SO MATCH AGAIN THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND IT TO ME AND NOTHING HAPPENED SO I WENT TO A CELL C STORE AND THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP ME I NEED TO PHONE CUSTOMER CARE AND AGAIN I TRY WITH NO RESPONSE.SO I WENT TO THE BANK AND STOP PAYMENT. NOW THEY GAVE THE ACCOUNT OVER TO THE LAWYERS WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING ME. WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT USE OVER R500-00 A MONTH.TRY TO CHANGE THE CONTRACT ALSO NO RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2JR NOW THAT I ASKED THEM FOR STATEMENTS AND NO RESPONSE. CAN YOU HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I PHONED AGAIN TODAY.
