Unauthorised Billing on my Mobile account

Mira Network has been billing me for the last 4 month without my authority. i have never signed anything or agreed to anything that would give them the authority to bill me. This is in my books and this company should not be in existence.

if i had not enquired further this would have continued to happen and i can only imagine how many other customers are being ripped off.
