I find you guys to be the worst of the lot

I have complained so long ago got bad response _ got an email to say that some one in authority will get back to me # up till this day i have not even had a text _ yet I purchase airtime coz i need to _ I would leave your network but my phone was bought with your network! Is this really how we ought to have it! network? is it that we dont have much choice that we have to sit and bear with you untill you will look after us? Is there no where I can complain where i will get heard? I am outraged
