Ecently joined afrihost on a referral of a friend. I purchased a modem and pro rate bundle 23 sept. Received device on 3 oct. Then bundle not activated after struggling to get through to call centre they forgot to activate account. Thereafter they billed me for 3 new bundles and havent allocated pro rata bundle for september???
then they had audasity to deduct unauthorised debit order just because they have my account details and didnt allocated data bundle!
Pathetic!!!
