Qoute me on software problems on my Iphone

They never told me that the phone has only a one year warranty on it and now i have software problems and the phone does not work they say i have to pay for this upgrade because its not their responsibility but when i booked it in they did not say anything about my phone being out of warranty but that just does not matter. it is obviously that they fake advertise and let their clients believe they really care but they are only out to make money and not to help their customers
