10 months, requests not done... Pathetic

I am not BEYOND off with Nashua Mobile and I have just had it now. Since JANUARY I have been requesting stuff be changed, now because the requests were NOT seen to, I am in arrears that NEVER should have happened. The money I owe Nashua will now be used to go to court and I promise you this is not going to end well. 3 contracts with you and NO Service. I am NOT paying anything until this situation is sorted out. I am fed-up with 100 different stories & not one is correct. Pathetic service, they DONT know what they are doing, they are rude & argue about everything. I want a response and very quickly. I have had it now. 10 months and now I'm sitting with this. I am also sick of keeping my cool and being nice. To with it. You can come take your devices sit and sit with the problems yourself. How difficult is it to change a bank detail... man, this is something to go to the papers over - 10 MONTHS... Really-Really-Really Pathetic.
