No response to my complaint on the 14th of September. Nothing has been fixed since my first complaint before that..except for the debit order date, but that is money going to them for their terrible service, so that got fixed immediately. They are horrid. They make false promises and once the contract is signed, you can go to, as long as they get their monthly fee. I have no idea how they have stayed in business so long, and everyone I speak to hates them also. But they were clever enough to change over to a better network, which is really any network as vodacom is pure and utter rubbish. If I could turn back time, I would NEVER EVER and again NEVER made use of their useless service.
