I have tried to obtain some form of response from MTN regarding the "disappearance" of approximately 1 Gb of my data bundle carried over from the previous month after their weekend mishap of down time (MTN went down at approximately 23h00 on the Thursday (Sept and recovery the Sunday). After registering a query I got an automated response to state that I will be attended to in 10 days time which has come and gone and still no answer.
