Yesterday morning i receive a sms from vodacom saying i have request for sim swap. i call vodacom they say i must call elite.

Then someone answer my call and say i must call at 13h00 they are offline. And i ask if my phone is going to switched off he said no it wont switch off. later around 12pm my phone switched off. I tried to call them then Mandla rudely handled my complain. He said i must call around 14h00.

Today when i called he answered the call and tells me that smses were sent to my and my phone is been switched off I owe the company R78.00. After paying that amount it will take my sim card 30 days to be activated. If only i got a call about the outstanding amount. i wold have done payment long time ago.

Mandla was very rude to me, he gave me a bad attitude towards my complaint and them being offline the whole day frustrated me. cause no one could see what was wrong with my account.
