On 01/10/2013 I purchased an sms bundle of 300 sms. The response was an error code. BUT. The money got deducted, but sms's did not get loaded. The forst time I called, the call centre operator was rude. The second time the operator promised to call me back. After hours of waiting, i phoned again. This time I was told the system is slow. How slow can a system be??? More than 6 hours later and still no sms's. I had to use my airtime to send expensive sms's. I want my sms's and airtime back!!!
