Absolutely useless

MTN is unable to provide my statements and invoices to me when I need them. So, every month I need to access my statements from the MTN Active site or else I cannot submit my expense claim and DO NOT GET PAID! So... MTN fails to inform me that the site has changed but I dutifully find the new site and register, only to find that I cannot access my invoice due to a technical error. The error directs me to call Customer Service which I do. I was then unfortunate enough to speak to an arrogant, rude consultant who told me to phone the website support people. I then spoke to someone who had the IQ of an ant and was redirected to customer service. Got the rude woman again which was awesome. She told me I could have my statement in 2 hours and not a minute before. ( Your issue that i cannot access it - but I'll pay the price!) Obviously 3 hours go past and I still don't have it. Phoned again only to be told by another consultant that it takes 24 hours! great. So my salary won't be transferred until Monday. So when my MTN debit order is returned unpaid might I suggest what you can do with it. I cannot believe that MTN is so unflexible and so unwilling to assist a customer who has been wit
