I bought 1GB data from my banking app & send the bundle to my pay-as-u-go sim. I then realised that the sim was disconnected from the network. I immediately call MTN to have them reverse the data to a different sim. The call centre said that it needs to handle by the data dept and it can take up to 72hrs & gave me a ref. No. 00003757140. I called well after 72hrs but then got giving all sorts of different stories. I ask to speak to a supervisor but no could help & was told that he would call me, this never happened. This is absolutely disgusting that MTN can take my money and not even bother to return my calls nor address my issue. I have been a contract subscriber with them since 2008 but now I will be moving over to another network.
