Firstly your call centres are USELESS! Secondly so is your service. This reference above has been pending for ages. Has Telkom done anything about it, NO!
We are paying for a high internet package here, in return we receive nothing! Our ADSL line is terrible. No HIGH SPEED or CONNECTION during the day. You send individuals out to rectify the problem but it keeps occurring. The specialists you send do not explain anything to their customers either besides 'its fixed' and that is always a lie. Why do we pay substantial amounts of money to you when you cannot provide a sufficient service. Our internet is used daily, hourly actually. We depend on internet for our company.
You should reimburse us for the last 6 months our internet has not been working! SORT IT OUT!
