I once again got subscribed to mobile updates, this time from Zuma Mobile Ltd at a cost of R5 each.
IM NOT STUPID, so dont even ask me if I subscribed to anything or entered my number on any website or document. I was simply automatically subscribed without my knowledge and against my will to this service and spammed with sms's at a cost of R5 each.
I tried to contact the 173 number, but dont seem to get anywhere. Contacted MTN direct on their website, one week later and I'm still waiting for feedback.
Thanks MTN for not protecting your customer or even doing a effort in providing information regarding this matter.
