NEW CONTRACT LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY

I have a new unlimited contract with 8ta... R1500 per month... with a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have had my phone for over a week now and it doesn't connect to the internet. I am unable to set up email accounts etc. I have had 2 incident report numbers and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE> The phone spent the whole day in the Telkom Direct Shop in Port Elizabeth today and still NOTHING! I phone customer services on a daily or twice daily basis and all I am told is that their technical department is working on the problem! Well a week later and they are still working on the problem... I am quite sure they will have no problem taking my money from me at the end of the month!! No-one phones me back with any progress report. IT IS SHOCKING!!
