My 84 year-old client took out a new Cell C contract with Autopage Hillcrest, having been assured that coverage was not a problem, However when she got home she had no signal in her flat. For almost a month now I have been trying to help her as she was getting nowhere with Autopage, and I have spent hours trying to get the problem resolved. I just get lame excuses and am passed from pillar to post, using up valuable airtime dealing with useless call-centres. Her number is 0832252979. Please can someone help.
