A few days ago, I complained about the terrible reception (both voice and data) I received at the High Court, Pretoria CBD. Nelly sent me a form which I duly completed and returned. Today when I appeared in court the network for both voice and data was working fine! This after months of frustration. I did not expect my complaint to yield any results but this shows that Cell C actually listens to its customers. I am a happy Cell C customer again. Thanks guys on a job well done.
