I've been a customer with Nashua Mobile for 15 years, yet they continue to treat me like they don't need my business.
I have three mobile accounts at Nashua, but they continuously fail to be helpful, treat me as customer and even respond to written queries or complaints.
a) I get demanding emails for payment when I've had the same debit order for 10 years. No information is given as to why the payment was declined.
b) When trying to renew my contract, the sales agent has had no training and starts googling the products, then lying to me at the counter.
Is my business worth nothing to you? As a Reunert shareholder I'm dismayed that I own equity in such a diabolical business.
