I don't really know how to even approach this & I am actually dunmbfounded that the service delivery at one institution could possibly be so bad.
All I need to know is how much I am being paid back & when I can expect it? Also, HAS MFC even been settled, as they've continued to debit the installment after you had promised that the vehicle was settled? Please do not escalate this complaint to Gary - I am dealing WITH Gary and this is the reason for my complaint - because after numerous emails &phonecalls I have heard absolutely nothing back.
I don't even know what to suggest as far as how you can improve. I can honestly say I have never received service quite as bad as this before. There is a big difference between not delivering but managing expectations (as per my previous complaints) and suddenly going quiet. This not only makes you look devious, it makes you look like a dishonest institution that clearly cannot handle any form of service delivery. This is now the impression I have.
I honestly thought that my faith had been restored in meeting Gary - it has done the exact opposite. Please can we lay this matter to rest so that I never have to deal with your business again
