OH MY GOODNESS... I'm about to explode! I upgraded my CELL C contract and received my instrument rather quickly... was impressed, but not anymore... I requested that my son's MTN pay-as-you-go line be ported to CELL C and was informed by GARY that CELL C's currently running a promotion of 2 x Samsung Galaxy Pockets @ R118pm including 50 minutes, 50 sms, 50 MB loaded on each phone. I ordered that special promotion. I called daily since last week Tuesday when the original order was placed (since cell c record all calls i sincerely hope they're going to listen to it)! I was told daily that oh no, something is wrong, the order did not go through, no still need this, no still need that, OK, will ask GARY and his SUPERVISOR to call me... will copy the supervisor in the mail to GARY and let someone call me... up to date, exactly one week later I received my son's Galaxy pocket... and guess what GARY ONLY ORDERED 1! Please listen to your so called voice recordings... I had to spend another 20 minutes to process yet again another application telephonically... honestly CELL C... for who, but for YOURSELVES! i am truly shocked at the poor feedback from the call centre and supervisors.
