Repair Hand set

On the 1 July 2013 I (MC Potgieter) went to Autopage - Menlyn to upgrade as it was time. While I was there I gave my old hand set in to be repaired (Camera and Memory card slot was not working - only things wrong). When I gave it in I asked Colette to just let it be fixed please she said 6 to 8 weeks. We are going for nearly 3 months now and I went in to the shop twice and then the response was we've logged it on the system and will phone you as soon as we hear anything. On 26 August 2013 I phone the shop and spoke to Markus which were very helpfull and went the extra mile by the 28th August 2013 Markus phoned me and said the phone is fixed and it is on it way back and phone me daily to say that he has yet not received my phone Friday the 30th August 2013 was the last we spoke and he still said he will get back to me and by the 4th September 2013 I phoned the shop to find out what was going on and then Liezl who was apparently a type of manager then said the phone are not fix reason for that was they dont have the IMEI no. on there system and can not be fixed as an garrantee in response I said it is 2 years later and there will be no garrantee and all I want is for the phone to be
