All Virgin Mobile South African customers are still unable to send SMS to premium numbers, i complained about this 2 months ago on this form as well as numerous calls to Virgin to no avail. Each time they say their technicians are dealing with it. This has been going on since beginning of April, surely you need to get some more technicians who know what they are doing plus inform your customers. This is becoming ridiculous and very infuriating. SOmone who knows what the story is please inform me when this ongoing issue is going to be fixed. Pathetic service.
