Never go on to Cell C, their network is useless!!!

Cell C's network doesn't work properly!!! Never have full usage of my Iphone functions and I'm so frustrated as I use my phone for almost all my bussiness, banking, email etc.
And my query NEVER gets attended to!!!
I want out!!!
