Why cant I get a refund

I am very disappointed I did not use this service with your company but im getting billed for nothing, I did sent a email but why does your company refuse to refund me for sevices not used, I really dont understand. R400 taken from me for nothing to make urself rich and imagine all the other innocent people getting robbed from companies like yous.i am not happy and want my money back.
