I have been trying to resolve my billing fiasco with CellC since 29/7/13. I signed up for their Giganite 20 data deal (5g normal and 15g Midnight ) @ R 189 per month. They have been trying to bill me for the 20g straight @ R 3000 per month. They still have not resolved this. According to their own people this is a common mistake on their side. I have phoned their accounts and billing department at least 3 times, been given numerous reference no's and nothing has happened. I have filled in their online forms twice, and been told that the situation will be resolved by last week Wednesday. I have been without internet access for a whole month, spent my airtime on 40 min phone calls to their inept staff, and still nothing!! Ironically i have been a big fan of their internet offerings, but am wondering if I shouldn't go back to my previous supplier. I have 3 CellC contracts, and was about to add another two, but clearly they are not interested! You think if you spend R2500 per month on telecoms you would get some respect!
