I have tried numerous times to cancel this service. Your records will reflect that I have not used since this service was taken over from AIA (Absa) to yourselves. I have had telephonic confirmation it would be cancelled and it never is. I have given up to some extent, but do not appreciate the monthly deduction for a service I dont have or want.
