CellC, how do you get away with charging me every month and delivering no service, not dealing with my complaint, and fobbing me off by saying you will call, but not doing that? Seriously. As a company, that is dishonest. Whoever is reading this, this is YOUR company. If you simply fob me off and think, oh just another whiner, don't you think that there's a reason there are SO MANY complaints in to your staff, or on hello peter? If you type in a response that you're going to call to deal with this issue, be authentic and DO IT. This is not right - the unspeakably slow connection I'm paying for, the poor service, the refusal to deal with it, the continuing fee. If Cell C does not deliver what I as a customer is paying for, then that is unethical. You wouldn't stand for it, whoever you are reading this mail, so why should we as customers? Why should I?
