I was called by 8ta call centre to inform me that my contract is expiring and if I wished to continue on month to month basis or take out a new one. I informed her of my intentions to travel next year and that I specifically want to remain on the month to month.
A couple of days later my connection cut and when I called they told me that the contract was cancelled by Cassie from the PE office. I have been calling to get reconnected and I have been pushed from pillar to post and I need this connection for work purposed and urgently need this fixed. I guess this is how 8ta rewards its loyal customers ----frankly disgusting.
