I recently took out a contract with cellc for the new blackberry z10, and i do not get any sound out of my phone, i have to keep switching it on and off due to constant freezing, the apps do not work 100% and the touch screen is not sensitive at all. I only have the phone for two months and when i went to cell c to ask for a return they refused!!! they said that the best they can do is fix it... for what??? because this is a brand new phone and paying R400 a month is not easy!!! so off with cell c and the way they operate.
