I would just like to Thank this above mentioned lady for always providing me with feedback, if i do ask her for assistance be it on email or the telephone, she always gets back to me as promised
one thing i would like to ask directly is -ive noticed that the Upgrade specials and applying for a new Contract its exactly the same
so what perks do we get as an existing customer to keep our business with you, trading your cellphone to pay less is not really an option
i am due for an upgrade soon, and looking and coparing prices with MTN is so much cheaper
please do look into this as i would like to stay With yourself, advice how you can keep existing customers happy
