Could the call centre agent please be informed. I called to find out whether they (Cell C) was experiencing technical difficulties with the FNB E-Wallet services. Both said no, but what's strange is the service works perfectly with all other networks EXCEPT Cell C..I called FNB and they said all is well on their side, so now my question is who is to blame? My phone is working perfectly and has never had any problems with the E-Wallet service, FNB confirmed all is working on their side (and I do believe they are correct since the service is working with Vodacom and MTN so why not with CellC?
