Bad service and breach of contract

Round about the 22 of April 2013 a gentlemen by the name of Zaid came to see my boss, Mr
E Drews, and said that he help us to safe money with telephone system, my boss a former worker
with Telkom and therefore have knowledge of the systems. He asked Zaid if this would be an ADSL
line as we had experienced problems with this before, but he was told that it is not an ADSL line
but a line physical cable would be installed and therefore it would take a while before the new system
would be operational. Within a few days Telkom installed an ADSL line then Rakesh
came in and worked on our excisting phone system. The next day I could hardly hear on the portable
phone but could hear all the noises around me, for instance if I put a pen on my desk if sounded if I was
hammering on the desk. On other calls we could hardly hear the customers. I phone Rakesh whom gave me
his number should we experience problems... firstly I could not get through on the landline number
and therefore phoned him on his cell. I was told that it could not be their system as nothing was switched
over to there system. Not even a week later we could not phone out or received calls and I phoned Telko
