I have been trying to port my number to MTN for the past 3 months and they will not do it because Nashua Mobile refuse to port it (so MTN tells me). I was informed that by law they cannot refuse to do so but they have been doing that for three months. What is going on here?
Furthermore, I have since been given the handset already which I was told I have 7 days to return if it has defects. How will I know that when I cannot use the handset??? I am also getting billed for a handset and airtime I dont have as the contract is active [URL Removed] on guys! thats just bad service
