I ordered a new handset on 6 August 2013, online. The web page said NEXT day delivery is order is in before 12 pm. It is now 12 August 2013 (6 days later) and still no phone. I contacted them and even the delivery people, that i had to contact myself on the 8 th of August, big waste of time that was.
With this and the stupid new price plans they have i don't think i will stay with them with the other 3 contracts that expires next year.
