Call cherges! I'm supposed to get 100min free talk time. I received a detailed breakdown of all calls that were made in Aug. According to Telkom's figures the total amount of calls that I have made, before being charged for calls, are 62, 91 mins.
I received an sms stating that my voice bundle has been depleted. How can this be? I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT HAS AUTHORITY AT TELKOM. No agents at the call centre have been able to help me or give me answers!

THIS IS!!! I WANT ANSWERS!!!
