My Nokia has been sent in twice still having the same problem. I waited 1 month for the repair, just to take the cell back after one day, with the same problem. Round two was the same. After 30 days in the tech department, I had the cell one day and still broken. On the third attempt it was said that I would receive a new handset... one week later still no delivery and nobody at the call centre deliver a service.
I am still being charged for data ect and is paying off on a cell I dont have. The loaner cell that was offered could not function.
What now?
What can 1 person do against a giant company like nashua mobile...
