After being a loyal customer for more than 10yea

You have a contract that you pay the same amount for, every month, for 2 and half years, then all of a sudden out of the blue the bill is R500 more a month. Not to mention that the BILL is 2 months in arrears, and they now have cut you off. So what do you do? Phone the help desk (HA HA) more like phone the WE DO NOT HELP YOU DESK. After finally getting to the right place & capturing your query, what message do you get? We'll investigate & get back to you. Then you follow up, and again, then they give you an inaccurate reply & close your enquiry. So you phone the WE DO NOT HELP YOU DESK back and register another query (for the same issue)...& you follow up, and after 5 days follow up again, then you get a report that makes no sense to anyone, then you get a warning that if you don't pay, they will black list you. All this time, nearly a month your contract service is still cut off. I'm sure they won't hesitate to charge me for the months contract that I didn't have. SO WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO??? accept that you have to pay for what you didn't use, isn't that called, and change to MTN or VODACOM???
