AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF TRYING TO RECTIFY OVER-BILLING ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH INCLUDES PREVIOUS HELLO PETER COMPLAINT, NUMEROUS VISITS TO OUTLETS COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS MY ISSUES CONTINUE TO BE UNRESOLVED. VERY SIMPLE TO CONTINUE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT, DISGRACEFUL & TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
