The transmitter/booster that was set up at the Bulembu airport in January and then only switched on in July is not working. We have been dealing with zero signal since Decemeber last year when Vodacom switched off the area booster. It has been replaced however it is not working. I have laid a complaint with customer service and someone did try contact me, on my cell which is pointless due to the fact it does not work. I have told them and given them a land line number to call. This is getting ridiculous now. We get promised things over and over and nothing happens. The tower is here why is it not working?
