Spoke to Ramonia... who is trying to resolve my query but .. Im still waiting for RTT guys to come n collect a faulty phone... since the 15.07.2013 got diffrent ref numbers latest is GD2956301... MTN... M2956301 but still waiting... worse my account was debited...
