It has been two months since i have reported this issue and still NO response or resolve to it. I have received only one call from a lady called Blanche, but even she was dumbstruck when she heard that the technical department has done nothing about my problem.
It has become so serious to the extent where we cannot make proper phonecalls during peaktimes without getting cut-off a few times. Also, we have an extremely poor broadband signal - contrary to what was sold to me.
