ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT

To whom it may concern.

for the first day that I am officially a Razoweb client, I tried phoning the support helpline to find out why my internet has not been activated yet, first number on the homepage is just ringing, if you go to contact us there is a different number phoned that and the lady that answers cannot even speak ENGLISH and when I ask for support she said no one is there can she take a message!!!
