It beats me why I'm stil a customer for vodacom, its been a nghtmare wit them & its nt far frm ending. I hd 2 contracts wit them cancelled the one cz I ws out of a job (and yes I contacted them abt tht) after 4mnths of nt working I got a job and my account ws in arrears I hd 2 pay aR660 ofcz I payed it thru bt thr hsnt bn any communication wit vodacom they promised after 5 days bt hvnt received anythng yet. I said I cancelled the other contract & ws left wit 1 contract. I went 2 cancel it bt I ws told it ws automatically upgraded bt wen I went 2 pay the accnt tht ws in arrears the assistant tht helpd me at their cape gate centre advised me tht I shudv taken the case further cz they hd no rite 2 automatically upgrade witout my permission.tht ws strange bt wsnt so strange cz eversince last year iv bn in & out of vodacom shops given wrong info/advised as compared 2 their call centre it really me off cz all my fones I bot thm on prepaid & they offered me airtime contract & regret ever agreeing to that as it hs bn a nite mare to get the rite info.the guy advised me 2 go 2 their century city centre bt what's the point. I wil waste my money to go there & wil b given rong info again.
