Just want to give a big thanx to Tevlis from iburst Technical support for assisting me in sorting out an issue.
After many previous attempts, and absolute frustration, Tevlis was the only person that actually called me back after he promised to do so. He made sure to be in constant contact with me and at the end of the day, was able to resolve my issue.
