I purchased a prepaid data sim about a month ago and experience constant disconnections at work. Despite regular calls to technical support each week and visits to the Waterfront shop my problem has not been resolved and I have had to revert back to my Telkom Mobile sim which works perfectly in the problem location. The most irritating thing has been no one ever called me back AND each time I called they could not locate any previous reference numbers I was given (except for one call to my data sim which i was unlikely to be able to answer as it was in the modem). So I have demanded a refund today - and although i have been promised a response in 48 hours - I bet this is going to be another long battle. Cell C you are truly shocking.
