USELESS ONCE AGAIN!!!

IT NEVER ENDS WITH Cell C, 2 main issues!!! My data bill this month is double, they advised me that R160 was used at 12pm at night but no one was connected and everyone sleeping. Log a claim, no one calls back. call days later... and SURPRISE no claim has been logged!! Log another claim and still waiting for feed back as to how no extra things were done on the internet yet this bill is double!!!
Next issue, I call technical support to change my security key, I do exactly what the technician tells me and SURPRISE i can longer connect. After calling 3 different technicians no one can help me re-connect to my router, the solution is to take the router in store. So from working perfectly fine to changing the security key now all of a sudden the router has a problem. I'm trying to run a business with no internet and must take my time now to go in-store. MAKES NO SENSE!!! On top of that and being put on hold constantly I can not speak to a supervisor because he is busy... so there is only ONE supervisor. And whats so amazing is the only time they actually do their job is when you write a complaint!!! Honestly sick to my stomach with the constant issues of CELL C!
