I receive a bill of R212 when I clearly requested that my bill to not exceed R99 and 2gig data that I was receiving as part of the package. Called in on Thursday 25th July, spoke to a consultant by the name of Mbali, she could not help me, I then requested to speak to the manager Shaldeen Saib, which took about 10 minutes to get to the phone. She said she will listen to the calls and provide me with feedback by Friday 12 noon. I am still waiting, the debit order will go off for the amount I did not sign up for. Please sort this query out
